Vlad Sadovskiy, President

As Petro Pay Systems President, Mr. Sadovskiy oversees all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and strategic partnerships. Mr. Sadovskiy also serves as a President of Merchant Processing Services Corp ("MPS") which he co-found and previosly served as its CEO. During his tenure as CEO of MPS, he has vitalized the growth of this entity with a merchant portfolio exceeding 15,000 merchants. Mr. Sadovskiy has an extensive background spanning 15 years in the bank card services business. He has served in numerous roles covering from sales and sales management to operations and global technology functions. Before MPS, Mr. Sadovskiy's extensive career in merchant processing services included the responsibility and architecture of the systems and successful operations at First Data Merchant Services and Chase Merchant Services. He proceeded from 1998-2005 to expand his scope and breadth of industry acumen by actively working for Concord Payment Systems and in turn running NVS Communications prior to his assuming the President of MPS.
